Machine: Life Fitness Assisted Dip/Chin
To begin, select the appropriate weight (note: the more weight selected, the easier it is). Place both knees onto the pads and take the body weight with the arms (Figure 1).
Bend the elbows and lower until elbows reach a 90 degree angle (Figure 2).
The depth will depend on your capability, but once you are satisfied with the depth, press up until the arms are locked out.
