Meet Fitness Institute Trainer and Assessor, Boris Bojanovic.
Boris’s passion for teaching started in 2007, when he found himself sharing what he had learned at university with his powerlifting team. Since then, he’s taught hundreds of workshops in dozens of gyms around Australia on a range of topics including strength and conditioning, flexibility, injury prevention and mindset coaching.
An experienced Trainer and Assessor, Boris has already achieved a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and is currently undertaking a Master of Clinical studies.
As a Level 3 Registered Fitness Australia Exercise Professional running his own Personal Training business, Boris has experience with one-on-one training as well as small and large Bootcamp sessions.
Boris has experience training clients from teenagers to older clients with a variety exercise histories and goals and delivers professional development workshops to Exercise Professionals around Australia and New Zealand as a Rehab Trainer, teaching functional movement pattern mechanics, functional anatomy, the pathophysiology of overuse injuries, small group training and movement screening….
