Machine: Life Fitness Pectoral Fly/Rear Deltoid
To begin, sit on the machine with the chest against pad and feet flat on the floor. Take hold of the handles – they should be in line with the middle of the chest. Brace the core and contract the back (Figure 1).
From here, squeeze the back and bring arms backward in line with shoulders (Figure 2). Ensure to keep a straight torso with feet in contact with the floor. Allow the hands to travel forwards to the starting position.
