Learn how to perform the side or lateral side balance / plank curl on a bosu with the team at Fitness Institute and strengthen your core muscles..
Place bosu in curve between hips and shoulders (armpit). Place feet on their sides to get into the position of a side plank.
Place hands behind the head (Figure 1).
From here, lift upper torso up, keeping feet and hips in a straight line (Figure 2).
Hands remain behind the head.
