Finding her passion for fitness, Hannah overcame some big challenges and fell in love with CrossFit and group training whilst in high school.
Inspired by some very motivated Trainers, Hannah has learned important lessons like never giving up on yourself and to keep pushing and trying in order to achieve your goals..
Now, having studied the Certificate III & IV in Fitness, Hannah is looking forward to further developing her knowledge and skills as a Personal Trainer and helping others achieve their health and fitness goals as well!
Hannah’s future plans include progressing towards the Diploma of Fitness to learn more about fitness and business and completing the CrossFit Coaching course to discover more about strength and conditioning training.
