Whilst recovering from a L5S1 spinal fusion, Kerrod Pedley started his fitness journey with a keen interest in exercise physiology, rehabilitation and injury management and is now looking forward to helping people come back to functional movement and more after an injury.
Kerrod enjoyed the experience of studying the Certificate III and IV in fitness qualification online and now having graduated, Kerrod is able to develop and deliver a wide range of personalised training programs.
Understandably, Kerrod was inspired along the way by former US Olympic lifting qualifier, now Reebok Cross Fit champion, Mat Fraser’s return after a serious back injury requiring surgery didn’t stop him from achieving his training and competitive goals…
Helped along the way with valuable group fitness, strength and conditioning knowledge and experience provided by mentor Nigel King from King’s Fitness, Kerrod is now well and truly on track to achieve his goals…
Kerrod, your goals are admirable and the team at Fitness Institute wish you all the very best on your fitness journey!
