Machine: Life Fitness Hip Abduction
To begin, sit down in the machine and place knees inside the pads. It is recommended you hold onto the handles (Figure 1), sit upright and brace through the core.
Drive the knees out until you reach desired distance (Figure 2), then, with control, retract knees slowly, returning to the starting position.
